It really depends on what you're allergic too or not. Tylenol Cold and Sinus caplets with a wintermint burst are pretty good or Sudafed.

nab you some zicam,any sort of cold med tablet that relieves pressure,runny nose,cough and aches.Then drink a hot cup of tea with lemon and honey.
Its not really what you take...it's how often you take it.For example...if the box says take every 6 to 8 hours, take it every 4 to 6 hours.

If you are having sinus drainage I suggest Chlortab. I find it makes me quite drowsy but it takes care of the drainage quickly.
