the number is the band size, that's the length in inches around her ribs just under her boobs. The letter is the cup size. It's found by subtracting the band size from the length in inches around the bust (the fullest part of your chest), if the difference is 5 inches it's associated with one cup size etc. So you can be a 40AA or a 40DD, the two aren't really related... well besides that really skinny girls tend to have small boobs. If she knows anything about bra sizes, I doubt she would be say 72 to brag because that would mean she is 72 inches around, haha. She's probably a 32, as that is more common!

I've seen them in Sears stores actually - although there wasn't a lot of variety. You might want to try some of the specialty stores like Victoria's Secret though.

Yes, it does exactly actually. You can order from Figleaves, as they carry almost every size under the sun! If you can't find your size, a 30AA may also fit you if you have a 30 inch bust measurement.

How is it you were "fitted" for one, but then the store that "fit" you, doesn't have it? Because most stores don't "fit" bras to the person anyway. But, it sounds like you're gonna need to have one custom made and that isn't cheap. Looks like you could be looking at $70 per bra. For a 28B, that's tiny!.... you don't need a bra anyway! Go free! Otherwise, try a little girl's department.

hmm.. i have never heard of that size. i have heard of them going as low as 32, maybe 30. i know they dont have it at victorias secret b/c that is where i get my bras from. try major department stores like macy's or sears, they may have a bigger selection. and for cleavage get a push-up bra.
good luck
