Go to Microsoft.com and download Windows Live One Care and Run that. It is free to try for three months and then you have to buy or they turn it off which is OK after you are fixed. It will clean out your computer and optimize it. Then restart your computer and you will be amazed at how routine maintenance will help with everything you do. I dumped Norton AntiVirus and all their programs and bought Live One Care as it does all my maintenance, updating, and backups with ease and keeps me running like never before.
