I don't know what size the Dungeon and Dragon figures are, so I can't help much with specifics.
Depending on the size you want though, you could get very small ones like those for miniature railroad set-ups, or larger ones like action figures or kids toys and "dolls."

Or you could make you own figures in whatever size and style you want. We do that a lot in the polymer clay world, so if you're interested, check out some of these pages:
