i am a teenager and am really interested in pursuing acting.
I've looked at hundreds of websites and theaters, but nobody is currently holding auditions, so if you have any ideas please help!
im looking for: acting classes, theater groups, commercials, films, tv, or any other acting groups. Thanks!

After seeing american idol, i am convinced that seattle has no talent, no offense to you or anything.

Lavella -- That is a good question. I once lived in Seattle. Where do you go to high school? Some have stronger theatre than others.

That is hogwash about American Idol. For their recent audition shows aired on TV, they intentionally showed almost all of the worst from everywhere, just to amuse the viewer. They are saving the best for the real competition.

Seattle has an outstanding improvisation scene. You'll note that many improvisors and sketch performers are among today's top actors. I would encourage you to get involved with one of your local improv theatre - I bet many offer classes!

You might try the Cornish School on Capital Hill. They have a number of artistic programs and I believe theatre is one of them.

i stay there too!! yet dont do those - kim booke - john robert powers - come across skills - and any internet sites, that appear like "youngster bait" which contain,,,, click right here for free auditions. cuz they deliver you crap emails like, click right here for free auditions and also you click on it and it asks on your mastercard #.... so be careful...
