The same way that all television shows get money to operate through advertising. That's all televison is anyways, a means for companies to adverise their products.

They must be getting paid to do the show therefor paid to do the stunts...

Sponsers,,,and advertisers on the channel its on. Except they don't wear sponser patches on theeir lab coats like nascar drivers wear on the suit...as if the car decals weren't enough

Advertising........ although you may notice a lot of times they get stuff for free (i e stuff they plan on blowing up or crushing)
