I could teach you how to make a lot more money than that, but it's not on ebay. You cannot sell this product on ebay, but you can learn how to build your business so that you can be earning a steady income that is residual. You can still work it on the computer, just not on auction sites, or you can market it in person and with leads on the telephone. Whatever works for you.

If you sell anything of significant value or make any significant money on there then I wouldn't mess with it or it will bite you in the *** at the least opportune moment...and since so many transactions are done via PayPal there is always evidence of the money moving to you. There are a lot of people selling on Ebay and there is always the possibility that you could be made an example of but I highly doubt that the IRS has the time to bother with chump change...of course there could always be someone with that kind of time and I wouldn't want to find out the hard way.

Think about going to yard sales and learning what is good stuff vs junk. Get a trained eye by reading books and doing research online and then start selling that stuff on ebay. It's amazing to learn a new 'trade' and it's fun too!
An alternative is offer to help sell other people's stuff for a 20% commission of the total sale.
They actually have store here called, "I Sold It On Ebay" but it would easy enough to work out of your home too!

The thing with Ebay is that most people don't make as much money as they could.
For example; when you ship out your orders do you put a flyer in the package with a special offer when they visit your website or BLOG?
If you don't have a BLOG, you need one. These people bought from you, got their item, [hopefully] were happy and would trust you in the future. Give them a way to visit you before going back to ebay.
I could go on and on about this. Think about the customer and build a system.

Go to auctionmonster.com or doba.com. They are websites that work with each other to help you make money on internet auctions such as Ebay. Doba is a wholesale drop shipper meaning you do not have to keep inventory in your house, you sell the item on ebay and tell them where to ship it, keeping the difference.
Be careful though, you are alowed to get a free DVD from them and a phone consultation which is enough to get you started but they automatically enroll you in BOTH websites that charge a monthly fee. Learn what you can from them quick and cancel the memberships.
