I was at my orthodontist yesterday and one of the assistants said
"she has great cheeks"? She was referring to me. I am 17 years old and I am not fat at all.

It means that the structure of your 'cheek bones' is pretty.

It means that your cheeks are very proportionate to your face, and that they are not too big and they don't get in the orthodontists way. They are also probably pretty stretchy.
