What makes womens vagina's smell/taste bad?

Why do some women's vaginas smell and or taste worse than others? Is it cleanliness or just hormones?

ydnargman, the answer is that so many things influence odor, it depends on the circumstance. It could be infection, hormones causing affect upon situational awareness, or you might not be the type of person which cares for the smell of vagina.
