The Kennedy family has been relatively quiet in recent years, will they ever make a major political comeback? Or have we seen the last of the Kennedys running for the Whitehouse?

The last hopeful of this generation went down in an airplane six years ago. John Jr. would have had a lock on the job, but it wasn't to be. The present, younger generations of Kennedy's has some interesting prospects, but it would take some rigorous cultivating to get one ready for the occasion.
Never say never when it comes to politics, especially with a family the size of the Kennedy's. It might be a while, but the smart money would say not to rule out the prospect of a Kennedy again running for president!

Dad had dinner with Bobby Kennedy and he said he was very impressed with him.Dad also met President Kennedy.and he thought that he was a fine person.they both were killed. that's why Senator Kennedy wont run for President he knows he would be killed, I could write a book about why they were killed. No .a Kennedy from that family will never be President.everything but President.But never President .Some People that's still in the government would be afraid to let them get in office because they might find out what really happened and who actually was behind the killings of the Kennedy brothers.

I wish. But when the best of my generation John Kennedy Jr. died the last of the great Kennedy's passed away. Robert Kennedy Jr. who is an environmental activist in New York could run for Senate but it is becoming more and more unlikely.

I think if Jon had lived he'd have ended up in politics. Teddy can't. And the new one just went into rehab, but years downline that may be forgiven.
There are a LOT of Kennedys, though.

I wonder if many people would ever see the kids of Swartzenager-the-Nazi as Kennedys.

Quite possibly, and if and when he or she does i hope its a republican party they run for. To change the self absorbent way of thinking that is a plague amongst that party and that has more than a trickle down effect in our poor communities. A lot people probably don't know that the republican party used to stand for minorities at one time even having some African Americans representing the party in senate.

I don't know the chances are good as there are hundreds of Kennedy's and they do have the money needed to be president. It definitely is a likelihood.

I think it would be nice for the Kennedys just make our country into a monarch and have them rule America.

I hope not. What's left of the Kennedy's are either too old and grumpy or getting too drunk and crashing their cars into walls.
