Every woman gets discharge throughout her menstrual cycle, it is part of a normal healthy vagina, discharge serves two important purposes;
•Your vagina is self-cleaning this means it is very good at keeping itself clean and the balance of bacteria in your vagina balanced, this is why all you ever need to use to stay clean is plain water and a wipe with your hands. The discharge flushes out excess bacteria and dirt from your vagina to prevent infection.
•The walls of your vagina are made up of mucosa; this is like skin but without the top layer to protect it, similar to what is inside your nose, mouth and eyes. Discharge helps keep this mucosa moist stopping splitting and protect it from bacteria.
Your discharge changes throughout your menstrual cycle because of hormones in your body, for example you may notice less discharge just after or during your period and you also get slightly different fluids too;
•Fertile quality cervical mucus: this is produced when you are fertile around ovulation, this is roughly day 14-16 of your menstrual cycle, this helps sperm live inside your vagina and reach the egg. It is similar to egg-whites, a little stretchy, normally clear or white, and a little slimier feeling to discharge through the rest of your menstrual cycle.
•Lubrication, this is when you are aroused, your vagina produces it to make penetration of the penis easier when you have sex.
As long as your discharge does not smell bad, go funny colours or have a funny texture you are fine – these things are a sign of infection and you should seek medical attention straight away. As long as you are clean, don't get chemicals around your vagina and practice safe sex you aren't like to get that many infections, but we all get them from time to time.

Totally normal. The consistency and quantity will vary during your cycle depending on where you are. (i.e. just before ovulation, right before your period, etc.). As long as you aren't itching and don't smell horrible, either of which could indicate either yeast or a bacterial infection, you are fine. Ask your doctor if you are really concerned, though.

Yes, it is very normal to have discharge. Once upon a time, I used to have the same problem and it scared me, I even went to a clinic I was that paranoid!!!!! Don't ever be afraid to go and see a Doctor/Specialist about it, they're only there to help and are very discreet about it and do their utmost to help - confidentially. Please go and get it sorted, I never regretted it.

My ex suffered from this too, I know (not from first hand experience) how it can be a bit embarassing. Go to the doctors, they may say it's a diet/stress casued thing.

yeah it's normal, as long as it doesnt smell. Try using those pantiliners so you can feel more comfortable, make sure they are unscented, since scented are more likely to cause yeast infections.

As long as it doesn't look like cottage cheese or have a peculiar smell, it's normal.
