I love your greatful dead lightening bolt. I'm a big dead head fan and that is a cool picture.
Anyway I had most hamburger helpers and I think that they taste all right. They are not bad. Obviously making the real thing is alot better but for a quick and easy job this will do.
And what I like about it is that everything is done in one pan.
I think they actually help and not harm.

Packaged stuff like Hamburger Helper has too much sodium. You can mix up fresh foods with hamburger just as easily to make a decent meal.

Ohhhh don't say that! Of course not! You can take this little bag of junk, the little packet, some water or milk, and hamburger, and you've got a great-tasting meal - and the kids will probably eat it! Maybe a little more fat than we elderly need, but it's affordable and tasty, which is pretty important!
