As I understand it, the wealth of the Bush family and many of his friends and appointed colleagues came from investments in the oil industry. Isn't it peculiar that the entire duration of his term(s) have been spending billions of American dollars securing, or controlling the relationship and oil market in the middle east? Furthermore, it seems very frustrating to try to convince our governing officials that the future of our ecosystem needs to be considered in daily policy when and if their main concern is profit. When are we going to shift from a "who can bang his biggest buck," government to a "protecting the health and welfare of the American people," government? I'm searching for some hope and inspiration here... Any upcoming prospects for our next Presidential election?

Yep, I would say that...you can ALWAYS find the truth if you follow the money trail!!

Did you know that the war in Afghanistan was nothing except to build and secure a pipe line for oil going through that country? And Iraq has the 4th largest oil supply...Guess who has the 2nd largest reserve of crude? IRAN! Be VERY scared of Bush trying to lie about things that Iran may or may not have done because Bush will only get more of the USA's men and women killed for the prosute of the almighty dollar!

Yes without a doubt. I know the bush family made in excess of $2 1/2 billion on the investments for tanks and light armored vehicles .Did you know after 9/11 after they stopped all flights in America the national temperature went up 1 degree that was after 3 days .The effect is called global dimming, normal dust pollen particles rise up and a water droplet forms on it and acts like a miniature mirror they all get together and form a cloud , because man made particles are bigger several droplets form so its a bigger mirror therefor you get a greater reflection we don't get a true reading of temperature Also i have a theory about the weather we`r having.i`v noticed whenever we have a war we always get terrible weather 2,3 or 4 years afterward it happened after the gulf war it happened 2 years after the 1st world war bad weather1920 after the 2nd word war ect and now after the Iraq war. Well you cant argue with physics for every action theirs an equal and opposite reaction. All those bombs all that pressure all that heats bound to make a difference some wear in the world

I am so happy you asked this question. When I hint at something like this I receive insults. No nation has any right to go on bullying others, not for the good of the nation even but for the good of some rich old fellows. Follow the money and you would find the reason for many wars in the middle east.

Well, I think we people of the world should stick together fr common things, such as ethics, and the respect for natural resources, I think we should stop seeing ourselves divided as nations, and start thinking we are earth living creatures.

Keep really controlled our politicians, they are not even humans, they belong to another category lower than that.
Do not trust them

people have been making the claim that invading iraq was all about oil and financial kick backs for special friends since before the war started. these people were called "the left", and they were often scorned by much of the country. thanks for waking up, its about time. please stop treating this as a new revelation, it is soooo 2003
