im in essex,and its fcuking roasting, mainly cos my mrs has the heating on full wack as usual.

No, not here. I'm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We've had thunder during winter before. It's called "thunder snow". For some reason I alwasy think it sounds louder than a summer time thunder storm.

We just had one huge clap of thunder one flash of awsome lightening and then nothing. That was about 2 hours ago now. It must be moving south as I am in Herefordshrie.

I'm currently in southern West Virginia. Everyone is bracing for an ice storm to be followed by snow! Yikes, hope the electric doesn't go out!!!

It's cold wet & windy here, we saw a flash of what looked like lightning earlier tonight but we thought we'd imagined it !

It was really bright lightening at 4pm today..And i heard really loud thunder even with my ipod blasting in my ears while doing the hoovering!!
