my interne doesnt work on reg mode only on safe mode what could be the problem?

when i log onto regulary it doesnt display the internet and it does on safe mode but you cant hear ANYTHING on safe mode even if speakers are on hhhhheeeelllppp

you could have a firewall program not allowing you to connect to the internet. try disabing al you virus services, then connect to the internet.
