that's a good question. i'd like to know the same thing. of course you would have to have an agent and i think the only people who get on know people in high places.

Get an agent, several 8" x 10" b&w head shots and a resume. Then all you need to do is sign your childhood away because Disney will have you shilling for them until you stop being a cutie-pie and they have no further use for you.

i have absolutely no clue. but u definitly need an agent. u also probably need to be able to sing or act or both. ya know, it might help if ur parent or some1 close to u is already kinda famous.
