Me too - no booze today.
I haven't stopped altogether, but only drink once, or twice at the most, each week.
I used to drink every day but I realised it was doing me more harm than good.

What have I gone without today? Going out of the house, breakfast and lunch (wow did I oversleep), being miserable to someone. Wow what a quiet day, lol.
