Dark circles are hereditary and not knowing you're complexion shade--
There is no best concealer, most are alike. It's how you apply concealer, whats counts, use a brush and apply only in the crevices around the eye.
Blending, blending and blending, that's very important.
Try to use concealer before and after foundation, if that's to much, use one or the other method.

Use a lighter shade for under-eye circles. If the circles are not *too* dark I'd advise foundation, instead of concealer, since concealer can start to cake a lot in areas where your skin stretches due to movement, such as the eye and mouth area

oh yea, lancome also makes a product that lightens dark circles, any lancome rep would be able to help you with your problem, try lancome.com. it works but you have to keep using it and it isn't cheap. i've seen women get great results from it though. good luck
