I went to a boarding school and I found them to be well creepy isn't the right word but insatably annoying, they were always in my personal space and immature. I went to many different boarding schools and they were all like that, the boys anyway as I'm not the type to make biggoted sweeping generalizations about a whole race of people.

well, its just certain ones, like any other race,heritage,ethnicity, of ppl it cant ever be all of them.
For example,
The place i go get my nails done, only chines people work there and they are rude! the whole time they will be talking chinese back and forth laughing yelling etc. it makes you start to wonder if thier talking about you!
but then theres the place hwrre i buy chinese food. i order there so much the man knows my voice on the pphone! and when i come and pick it ip hes allwyas verey nice to me and gives me extra fortune cookies <3
so it just depends. some people are nice others are annoying.

I used to think that chinese were Inscrutable hard to Fathom devious and Sneaky, these were the ones that could not speak English very well. If i was in a Strange Country i would be the same, I would be very Suspicious of everyone, not trusting People. It is a Defensive Mechanism.I have found this in myself when Abroad in other Countries. I have met a few Chinese and worked with some over the Years and have found them no different than anyone else. Some are extremely friendly and all of them are very Polite. One young chinese working in a Restaurant I delivered to some years ago never stopped telling Jokes He was Hilarious and had not a Chinese Accent at all but a Local Accent.One thing I have noticed about them they all seem to Smoke an awful lot,and they like to Gamble.

I guess they are no more annoying then the Indians at Dunkin Donuts or the country westerns at the country bars or the Mexicans who don't understand a word I am saying or the French who give you their best dish, which is the size of a dime and tell you it's the best food, or.......every culture can be annoying. I try not to put everyone in the same box.
Oh, P.S., don't pierce your tongue. I am sure you can use your tongue a better way :)

No, it's you....
Various cultures have different notions of personal space. Even within our own country, peopel in crowded cities are different from people living in less crowded envirionments or those who have been living a sheltered life.
