Don't know . . . yet the phone number is all 7 's and there are 7 sevens in the phone number. " Lucky " number for someone.

Soooooo, you tell us . . . WHAT is the language and what source does that phone number connect to ?
And . . . if you don't know . . . then why were you calling a number (and asking a question of that phone number) you don't know of.
I've read some 'odd' questions on this site . . . yet, this one baffles me as to why your calling and asking of a ph. number you don't know what it's about.
