Me and my husband are TTC and when we have sex i sometimes have a pain in my abdomen. Only when i'm on top. Is he just hitting my bladder(like in the past) or could this be pain because i am already pregnant and it be hitting something else?? Any ideas

He is probably hitting your cervix--the opening of the uterus that can be felt high in the vagina. As long as the pain is not severe and there is no bleeding then it's not a problem.

Not likely. You still could be pregnant but pain while having sex wouldn't be an indicator. He's probably hitting your cervix not your bladder.
Take a pregnancy test to be sure one way or another ... Good Luck!

Most likely he is hitting your cervix. If you were pregnant it wouldn't cause any pain so soon in the pregnancy.

Is this a cramping pain? Please advise your Dr. about the pain because this pain can be associated with Endometriosis.
