im 14 a guy and i'm wondering is it okay to trim down there ?

It is your body so trim where you want. If you shave though be prepared for a lot of itching about two days later as the hair grows out.

If it's getting caught in your foreskin or somethng like that, yes. Do it carefully with blunt-nose scissors.
But don't shave it because it will itch like crazy and the other guys in the school showers will laugh at you. Wait until you're at least 16. The only guys I've know who shave it your age are competitive swimmers and divers.

Up to you, it is yours to do with as you wish. If you have some straggly hairs, trim them off. Don't recommend shaving, first because it makes you look like you are still a little boy, and second because you can cut yourself easily, and it will itch like hell.

It's ok, but not too normal for guys. We tend to be hairy because of testosterone.
