I hope this show (one of my favorites) hasn't jumped the shark with all this moving around

In real life, people hire on and quit quite often. We have people hire on in July and be gone less than a year later. This occurs in all departments, too. So, the show is basically mimicking real life.

What new characters? Really, there were only 2 new characters - Andy and Karen. The other Stamford characters were really just kind of shallow extras - they served their purpose for the storyline and now they're gone. Kind of like Devin in season 2. And other than these bit "extras", no one has been removed. Dwight quit for about a week or something. Oscar was on vacation. And Jim, well, he was gone for a while, but was a part of the story and makes sense. I don't believe any of this means the show has jumped the shark, although I would be glad to see Andy and Karen gone, as I believe will happen, and give the Office just it's classic cast.

Well, I'm not sad that they are removing the ;ones from the other office, cuz I wasn't too fond of them anyway. Of course they had to bring back (heck, I'm losing my memory),the dork, the one Jim and Pam love to play pranks on, because the show wouldn't be the same without him. And they brought back the hispanic guy,,,,,,,so I don't see where we've lost anyone of substance.....just my opinion...

I agree that lately it has been hard to keep up with some of the new characters, but I really do enjoy Oscar (the gay Mexican guy). Also, the pretty new girl that's dating Jim is a welcome addition. Some of the others I could do without.

Well because it is called "The Office". People get jobs and people quit jobs. It makes the story line more interesting.

Not at all. It keeps the show fresh with new dramatic possibilities.
