Card key!!!?

where is the card key to enter the building in Saffron city,,to battel Giovanni,,,,I have fire red version..

The Card key is on the sixth floor. Head striaght down to the warp pad and use it. Then use it to get back to where you were and head down and face the rocket. Head right and grab the item there, its the card key.

Head back to level 3 and use it on the first door on the left. Head through there and use the first warp pad. Face Gary, get Lapras and keep going, fight another rocket and you'll come to Giovanni.
