When they give birth to live young it is called an ovoviviparous. The most popular live bearing snake is probably the emerald tree boa which has 6-7 babies at a time. Water snakes have 20-30 babies in one litter. Hope this helps!

been on web page i type in(which snake gives birth to live baby's)it came up with the Russell's viper snake one of 30% of land snakes that do not lay eggs but give birth to live offspring,hope this helps you,

All species of Boa have live young, all species of Python lay eggs, do a google search for more detailed results.

rattlesnakes and most other vipers are live-bearers, garter snakes (found that out the hard way, if you keep snakes in sweater boxes with airholes drilled in as temp. housing until you get a terrarium set up.... we were finding babies for weeks...), and boas.
