I don't understand 33 minutes until jump. What is jump? And why does that guy keep seeing that blonde girl in his dreams?

The ep had the Galactica having to jump every 33 minutes when the Cylons would find them again and again after each jump. So knowing the Cylons were coming every 33 min, right after each jump they would start a timer to let them know when the 33 min mark would come up.

As to why Baltar keeps seeing # 6 in his head... you are along for the ride just like the rest of us that have been watching from day 1. Does he have an implant, is she telepathic, did she alter him to save him from the blast on Caprica, is she somehow different than the other cylon models... and now even Baltar is wondering if he himself is a cylon.
