Yes, easily. I once dreamed I met the male version of me, and we fell in love.
I was short, stocky, fit, muscular, had my hair cut very short to eliminate the curliness, and looked like my older brother. I looked like the kind of slightly aggressive tough guy, that even though he is small you know not to mess with him. I'd imagine I'd have a pretty small dick if I was a guy.
Oddly enough, someone of this description asked me out before Christmas - but I'm not my own type :)

I think it woud be cool to try, like Freaky Friday, temporarily but I would want to go back to the original me after a while
