No, only very massive objects can curve time and space.
The theory (Special and General Relativity) says time is part of the 4dimensional space-time fabric of nature. If you travel with velocity comparable with that of light time dilation can be observed. Also if your near very massive objects time slows down.
Time travel is possible only in future but not in the past.

Time certainly bends people. Some people may be able to bend time, especially at extreme and/or critical moments. For example: I was 10 years old. I was crossing the street. I saw a car coming straight at me. I stopped. I jumped to the sidewalk. The problem? The sidewalk was about 8 feet away. I was standing still when I jumped. And, anyway, by the time I jumped, the car should have hit me already. It was just a few feet away from me, in the lane next to the one in which I was walking, when I noticed it. So, what happened? I really don't know. But it seems that, somehow, I managed to bend time and space to save my life. Could I do it again? Probably not.

In theory, as you said, humans can travel in time. This THEORY was thought up by Albert Einstein. Even though it seems to be a fact that we can travel in time, there is no way to tell untill we humans can acheive the speed of light. So untill then, we will all just have to guess, and wonder!

Time's pretty resolute and concrete, It'd be virtually impossible to alter it's passage. but faster-than light travel. If it can be done, would be similar to time travel, but it causes all sorts of problems with special relativity and causality. If you're interested, read up on minkowski space-time and lorentz transformations.

Yes, according to a physics professor, Ronald Mallet, his theory states it can be done by 'laser rings'. However, it hasn't yet been proven.

its proven that we can move back in time
the only problem is that we can't move fast enough to do it
we need to achieve a high speed to bend time

Looking at my profile, you can see that i'd have a credible answer.
What would you define as 'bend'?
