I totally agree. My husband even told me so. But does it make it right?

some men get married to have a family others like a stable life to come home to when there lives are hectic. they just want to get a piece of normal ness. and they still go out and play but keep the white picket fence and try there best. so everyone is different for there needs. others like to go solo and visited many flowers along the way. others get the wife and the kids and still visit outside the marriage to each there own.

I'm just going to use this to get my 2 point because it's a ridiculous statement. My wife and I married for the legal status. We were perfectly fine not getting married, but planned to spend our lives together anyway. And of course she fits my life just like i fit hers, otherwise we wouldn't be together.

I would say there is some truth to that but not all men marry for that reason.

Isn't that what everybody wants? Someone who 'fits' their life? Girls as well as guys?
