Well, I don't know about you, but sometimes I have a committee in my head that gets me quite confused.

I just say the Serenity prayer - God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Basically, what I can't change is everyone else, and what I can change is me. Sometimes just repeating the prayer (or anything else) can shut up my committee!

When that happens, I realize that it's just my head.....so it stops.
