Its enough to make you depressed. Please don't stick your head in the sand - it will only get worse. Try facing up to it and be honest. Your creditors will admire your honesty and you'll feel better.

Well you for sure do not want to get behind on your Mortgage if possible, its heck to get caught back up. Also the bad thing about credit cards are , they are easy to just pull out and use. Sometimes we do not think about the Bill coming in later, until we receive it, also the interest on these things will eat you up. First of all, set down and write all of your monthly bills on a paper, including allowing for food, gas whatever. Then total up the cost of what you get paid each month, just what you bring home. And then hopefully you are bringing in enough to pay your bills. If not you are gonna have to let something go. It may be Satelite TV, or any extras you can live without. Once you get back on your feet and use to budgeting, then you can add a few extras. But take it one at a time. One never knows when an emergency is gonna pop up. We need to plan ahead.

#1 ~~~~ cut up all credit cards.
#2 ~~~~If you can"t pay cash, you can live without it.
This is the rule with which we raised our 5 children.
In high school years ago one of our daughters was the only student that could raise her hand when the teacher ask if anyone's parents wasn't into credit cards ?. We did not want to give money away in the form of interest.
We where a Military family and income wasn't the greatest.
We made a game of finding ways to save money. Pinching pennys here and there. We didn't waste food. If we didn't eat iit, we saved it. We didn't hold doors open to talk, we either stepped out on the porch with them or pulled them inside. ha ha.
We never wasted electric or gas by holding oven or refer doors open.
It was such a sense of security when we opened our first savings account. It was to be used only for extreme emergencys, like near death of a parent back home.
Being behind on whats due leads to penalites and etc. and it is overwhelming, causes stress, stress causes other medical problems. So on & so forth.
I hope my mouth running off here has not been to much. I just put things down as they jump in my head and I do a lot of reflecting back. Once you get to be up in years, you are a bit more clued in to lifes responsiblities.
Get started on a plan. Put it on paper.
You are going to be just fine, reaching out is a good indicator.

u can only do one thing at a time try prioritizing the most important thing like your mortgage. If u dont have enough money take the cash advance out...I really dont recommend those things cause they get u into more trouble than u were already in but if u must...also u may need to put working out at the gym on hold short term so that u can put in more time at the office ie, overtime...your gonna need it to help u get back on track once u have to pay that cash advance back so if u put working out on hold it could buy u some time if in the mean while u just watch what u eat or walk more places than drive

Well you know you hate what's happening at the moment and even know some of the causes. A great achievment, now to do something about it. Write out a budget, if you cannot be bothered just tell yourself that this will help fix your problems. Consolidate all your debts and get rid of the credit card. Only people with money can afford these cards. If you can't do it for yourself go and get help. The Salvation Army near me offer a free financial planning help for people like yourself. Don't dispair there are lots of people who will help you. Good luck old man

If you keep going to the gym, get that into a routine, you will feel less stressed and depressed. Don't give up. It may see like a lot right now, but things will get better. They have to get better before they get worse. Make a budget for yourself and stick to it. Take money out of your check every week for you (gas, food, etc) After you have done that for a few months you will start to notice a little extra play money in there and that will bring your stress and depression down so you will feel a lot better.

It sounds as though you might be suffering from clinical depression. Please seek the advice of your M.D to determine if treatment is needed. One thing that may help get you through the overwhelmed feeling of a "plate too full" make a daily list with just one item of importance that needs attention. Bills, chores what ever you can't seem to tackle take it one item per day. That way, you won't feel so overwhelmed by the many things that need your attention and attending to only one will be less intimidating.

I'm in the same boat and am currently trying to juggle getting my license, finding a job and choosing a major for college. My fiance lives with me and helps out as much as possible. Take everything one step at a time and it will seem much more do-able.
1)Find a friend to go to the gym with you.
2)Cut up the credit card so you aren't tempted to further your debt.
3)Be careful with borrowing money from cash places.
Maybe it would be best to work some extra hours to earn more money to pay off your bills, rather than borrowing money you'll eventually have to pay back.

Don't apply for anymore credit cards. Sit down and figure out where your money is going. A dollar here and there for that coffee in the morning can really add up in a months time. Start selling on eBay. Get yourself a camera (digital) and start going through stuff you don't want or need anymore. You be surprised how much money you can really make!! Seriously..

A.D.D. procrastination brings depression. Depression stops you from doing things you like and things you need to do. You become overwhelmed. It is a vicious cycle. Call the credit card company and explain your situation. They will probably help. You will be amazed how much better you will feel with this weight off your shoulders. Seek counseling or go to your doctor and talk to him. He may suggest a medication that can help you over the rough spots.

Take it one day at a time. These things can be stressful but it wont help stressing about them. Try to get caught up and pay extra on your bills even if you need to get a part time job for now. Debt can be overwhelming. See your Doctor maybe he/she can give you something to temporarily help with your stress. Keep going to the gym too, that may help in time. Good Luck!
