Actually, at 29, I freaked a little that my next birthday I would be 30. So by the time I turned 30, I was already used to the idea. But the truth is, it didn't really make a bit of difference..........some people have "old people attitudes" at 20, and some people have "young" attitudes at 60.........It's all in your personality and outlook on life..........It was having a kid at 35, that changed how I saw life, not turning 35........

I hope not. I'm turning 30 this year and I like where I'm at mentally and emotionally. I hope it doesn't change just because my age did. I think it all depends on you and how you approach the bit 30. I went through a stage last year where I was just dreading turning 30 but now I think well when you consider the alternative...Bring it on.

Age is just a number. Personally, I thought 25 was harder (OMG, a whole quarter-century!).

Although I should mention I turn 50 this year. Don't think it'll particularly change how I see life/myself, but for some reason it does give me pause.

I won't change when I turn thirty...but some people do.

Birthdays to me is just another day of my life.

This all depends on how you view yourself and where you are in life vs. where you would like to be in life and where you thought you would be. The one thing you have to ask yourself and the only question that is important, is, ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE.

Haven't you heard, life BEGUNS at thirty, it never stops getting better, and you never stop learning. Consider the alternative, do you like worms and bugs????
