I'm sorry to say it's impossible without software.
There's a software called RESTORATION, like someone else answered. Click on that link he provided and download it, it should work. If it doesn't, i'm sorry.
If you made a system restore point, then you could restore it, but if you didn't, then you can't restore it.
I also have something to say to someone who've answered this question:
Whoever said to look in the trash bin, did you really read the question or do you want points? If you want points, then you can still answer but make sure it's a worthwhile answer.

You have to use data recovery software such as Stellar Phoenix. But that's a 50/50 chance you'd be able to recover the file. The Windows System Restore feature only restores system files and settings not movies or other personal files.

There is a free download called RESTORATION.
Restoration is a free program that can scan your hard drive, floppy diskette or USB thumb drive and find files that have been deleted It can then recover any recently deleted files it finds with a single mouse click.

Oh. I was just going to say to look through your recycle bin. Hmmm. This is pretty hard. well you can re-download it or buy it if you liked it that much. Other wise I don't know what to do.

maybe but im not sure, use system restore and restore back a few hours from when u deleted it.

well you can reset your computer to a different date like yesterday and it should be back on there go to control panel
