MD is Medical Doctor. That would be quite a lot of them.

MSc refers to someone who has a masters degree in science.

FRCCSC is a Facial Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon

FACS is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Someone with those credentials is likely to be a very competent surgeon.
