i want to sign up for xbox live silver, so i can check out the market place etc...
so i fill in my details... all apart from one!!
it asks for my last 4 numbers on my credit card
is there away around this.. because we dont hav a credit card

No if you use a subscription code you shouldn't have to. I use one months from time to time and it doesn't ask me for any credit card info. If you have concerns then call xbox 1-800-4my-xbox

I never remember having to enter in credit card info for my silver accounts...

XBL silver is free, so you shouldn't have to give out your credit card info.

the silver is free but theres no one on it to play against, they have all gone on gold .ask a friend but give them the cash up front to use there card.

go to your local gamestop or EB you can get a subscrtion card from there
