First some make-up tips.
Eyes.
1. I reccomend you line your lids with a dark black eye liner. Line the top and the bottom with the eye liner.
2. When you apply your eye shdow, dust it on, don't pile it on.
3. Before you aply, your eye make-up be sure to dust on some white eyeshawow, so the colores, are seen more.
Checks.
1. To cover up circles, use a light foundation, and put a little blush over it so it looks real.
2. When you put on your blush, dust it all over your face, consintratrating on the higher check bones. It will look pretty when you smile!
Lips.
1. When you aply you lip gloss (or lip stick) be sure sure to pick a subtle, pinkish color, or you will look like Cruella DeVill!
2. When you finish aplying your lips gloss you stick, stick your index finger, in your mouth, and pull out slowly. So no lip gloss, or stick will touch your teeth!
3. At the end of adding out lip color, dust a tiny bit of powder over the color, so it lasts.
Now for the cors (the eyes...)
When For blue eyes and blond hair the best looking eyeshadow colors are violets and lavenders or neutral tones. Use the violet on the lid and in the crease of the eyelid. Use the lighter color lavender above the crease to the eyebrow bone for a dramatic night look. Use natural colors for daytime.

Eyeshadow recommendation for blue eyes and blond hair: Natural tones for day and purple hue's for night! When you apply your make, be sure that you make it look sweet. If you want it to look sassy, put on a colored eyeliner- so cute!

Good luck!

i would think a light blue or purple would look good also a gold or not extremely heavy brown color.. i wouldnt recommond any pinkish colors for it won't go well with the very pale skin... and if you want to go extreme in like a rave party thing/halloween or even everyday use depending on your style u could use lime green it look so cool with very pale skin and dark eyes that ain't brown but you dont have worry about that bc you dont have brown..
good luck!

maybe a light lilac color purple, it does bring out greenish eyes out more and since your skin is pale you dont really want to go dark shades b/c it might look a little overdone. oh yeah to make your skin not so pale use a lil bronzer and it should give you a warm glow...then you might could go with a darker shade of lilac....peachy pinkish lip gloss probably would work best!

Go with light purples and light greens. Nothing to dark or heavy.

I don't like colorful eyeshadow unless you're making it a point to be colorful. Grays, blacks, and such might be nice for you..

A light purple would suit you just fine. Maybe even a luminescent pink.
