It can take a few days, or even weeks, for your body to realize that it no longer needs to make milk after you stop nursing. As long as you don't nurse your child or pump, your milk supply will dry up on it's own. If your breasts are swollen and hard, try taking a warm shower to ease the pain and soften the breast tissue. Also, using hot and/or cold compresses can really help and wear a very tight bra (like a sports bra) while you wait for your milk to dry up.
Another option you might not have considered is you can use a breast pump to empty the milk and then donate it to a milk bank. You WILL continue to make milk if you do this but many babies out there desperately need the nourishment of human milk but cannot get it from their mothers for one reason or another, so they get it from a milk bank. You pump your milk, freeze it, ship it to the milk bank (unless you have one nearby), and they store it and distribute it. It's a very worthy cause that's gaining popularity.

If you mean milk is still leaking and running out after the baby has eaten all he wants??? Thats pretty normal, not much you can do about especially if this a very young baby....nursing pads can catch leaks.

when your child no longer has breast milk your milk will eventually dry up. use breast nursing pads if its a problem in the meantime.

I assume that you mean that you've stopped breastfeeding but your milk is still coming out? I would definitely pump it and bottle it. It is good for your baby to have as much as possible!
