Try searching for Everton merchandise, also I found good EFC keepers jersey on ebay, might be worth a shot

Tim Howard is on loan from MANU to Everton. The best chance you have of getting a Tim Howard jersey is through Everton's website and have it personalized. It's pretty expensive though, my C.Ronaldo MANU jersey from the MANU website came out to $122.

He is on loan at Everton, and it looks as if Everton well eventually sign him from Man Utd for good.
So, if you are going to purchase anything in the way of a jersey for him, buy him an Everton jersey, as he well (and already has been) an Everton player for a longer time then he well be a Man Utd player.
