you can also purchase ingestible aloe vera gel. i've got the bottle in the fridge. it's like swallowing a shot of jello.

Blended Aloe Vera...Fresh Aloe Vera...For the tough guys you can just eat the aloe vera whole...for the smarter and not so tough guys just scrape out the insides of the aloe vera and blend it with water
