My drives don't work, both of them don't work, not the cd or dvd drive.
And it has a yellow caution icon next to it. I've read on other questions that they need to replace the driver or correct the settings. But i don't know how to correct the settings SO I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATED IF SOMEONE COULD EXPLAIN TO ME STEP BY STEP ON HOW TO CORRECT THE SETTINGS.

Also if you think its something else could you tell me. thank you very much.

first of all you need to search for the manufacturer of the CD/DVD drives then look for drivers on they're site..
Then a simple case of download and install

A yellow exclamation point can mean anything but normally points to a device conflict. The typical solution is to delete the device, reboot the computer, and allow Windows to re-detect the devices. If the drives have a software driver, you would then update the driver for each device after the computer restarts.
