You sound incredibly confused - what do the laws of physics have to do with the FACT about biological evolution?

The laws of physics just are - part and parcel of our universe, if they were formulated at all then it was probably done randomly in the first moment of the universe - thats what Einstein was talking about when he asked if God had any choice in making the universe - all he meant is could the universe have begun in any other way.

This is probably way over your head if you're one of those ignorant theists who thinks evolution is 'just a theory'

Biological evolution and the laws of physics have NOTHING in common. They do not rely on each other to be true, and the laws of physics were set in place BILLIONS of years before evolution began.

The laws of physics are not to be confused with edicts. Trying to violate the laws of phyics may get you ridiculed, but won't land you in jail.

The laws of physics are a way to explain phenomena in daily life.
