My friend got a summons for that and she has to appear in court. the thing is, when the cop saw then, they were already done; she was in her panties and bra, and her bf was in his boxers. they wrote on the summons "sexual activity in the park"
is it possible that they waited a while before looking into the car?
and what are the consequences for this if they do plead guilty?

properly your the two 18 so no curfew regulation breaking yet once you have been below age then you definately could have been arrested and maybe next time in case you do it in a motor vehicle do it out some the place positioned of city of the place somebody won't be able to see you

she is lucky she got away with just a summons. she could have been arrested and charged with prostitution.

Probably community service or a restitution...they cant give them time because they were having a good "time"...
