interesting. I have often wondered if what I sese as red is the same thing you see as red. How do we know?

I think it's because a long time ago, the Greeks and Romans had to decide just that. Since they were cultures that had a major impact on the world, later cultures used and evolved version of their made up language.

Its kind of an interesting question. Most names have very old roots that stem back from Slavic, Latin or dramatic languages. Good question though.
