I listened to some of that incident on the radio, and from what I heard Neil Warnock only asked the Referee about a earlier incident, nothing about the Keith Gillespie/Stephen Hunt incident, he agreed that Gillespie deserved to be sent off, when Wally Downes not only verbally attacked him but was seen to push him as well, I did`nt think Neil retaliated but he still got sent off. It was a shameful incident for both Football Clubs, but I must admit I feel more sorry for Sheffield United`s Manager Neil Warnock than I do for Wally Downes from Reading.

And i thought it was Neil Warnock that started it. That was what the commentator said on radio Sheffield.
