Judging by the lyrics (http://www.completealbumlyrics.com/lyric/130587/Justin+Timberlake+-+Sexyback.html), the answers above, about bringing 'sexy' back into fashion, are completely correct. I can understand your confusion though as the title runs the two words into one!
I'd also like to know when 'sexy' wasn't in fashion, but there you go.

you've taken his meaning out of context.
He sings VERY clearly "I'm bringing sexy back"
His meaning, he is bringing the fashion or state of being sexy back into style.
You took him too literally, he was not bringing sexyback, sexyback being the definate article of something known as sexyback.
