Brief history: I am 24, never have been on any types of birth control. I guess the pull out method has always been in my favor. I am a newly wed! My is husband, 26. We have now decided to start a family so i went to the gyno and had my yearly exam and she said i was good to go.I also work out daily and eat very healthy. I always have regular periods. Never skipped a month since i started. Each month my period comes 2 days earlier, for example in Nov 06 i got it on the 7th, Dec 06 i got my period on the 5th. and now in January I got my period on the night of the 3rd but technicaly it was the 4th at 2:30am. As i figured it out on mymonthlycycles.com my best days of ovulation would be the 14th-18th. I had sex before those dates and on those dates. Now it is the 20th and my hubby and i were having intercourse and this heavy white discharge came out of me while we were having sex. It wasnt from any orgams. We werent there yet! Was that me ovulating late??? What on earth is that???

not sure what that was is.... but my advice on having a baby.. have sex often and enjoy it... do not worry about having a baby and it will just happen

I used the rythem method for birth control for a few years so I understand the cycles. When I am ovulating I always had a thicker whiter discharge, for ME that is the tale-tale sign that I am ovulating. I'm not sure what it is, but I do know that it was normal.
