i've had my fire salamander for quite a long time now but recently his cheeks and the end of his nose has been going a coppery red kind of colour. Is this normal or is he sick? thank you for helping if you can!

I'm not sure about your Salamander. I have a the Black Yellow Spotted Salamander and they like the cool damp Terrarium I made them.

If it is growing, it could be taking on New Colors.

Aren't they cool though!!!

he could have a sinus infection i know that mine has gotten one before just find a vet in you area that knows about reptiles and amphibians it really isnt hard to treat or it cold just be a cold. but get it checked out just in case
