NEVER, NEVER start a romance in the place that pays your pay check. After you get sick and tired of seeing each other , well, you still have to be in contact every single blessed day . One of you will have to quit . Who is that going to be . You ?
The odds are stacked so high against you , suppress it and run like hell. It is not worth the risk.

If the person is married already, back off. If they are truly available then count the cost. In 3 to 6 months if it doesn't work out are you willing to go somewhere else? If it is worth that risk then it is worth trying.
