What are some health care / medical symbols? I need to design a logo for ministry of health and i am still not satisfied with what i did. Any suggestions?

also a goblet with a snake around it's stem is one of the most important symbols
you can also use stethoscope, it's kind of popular

The caduceus is the universal symbol of the medical profession. The green cross is the symbol of medical care.
The Red Cross on an armband is the symbol for the military corpsman.
