lets turn the chocolate into heroin. now i think the answer is easier to find.
as for A, if you go ahead and use it, it may be the time that it puts you at a point of no return. possibley a habbit that you can no longer control or even death may occure. so it is best to stop instantly.
as for B, throwing it away may be a good idea. but a wise man dose not throw away wealth. (not that anyone that doese heroin is wise).
as for C, i would sell it to someone that is fully hooked. than i would take that money and get some food for you and the guy you just sold it to. chances are he has not eaten in a while and could use some food.

I choose C. Why? Because, first of all, I don't even believe in sins. Second of all, whoever made those chocolates obviously don't care about other people's health..so why should I? I'd give them to a homeless person, not healthy is better then not eating at all right? Third of all, at least I'd make someone happy.

If I bought them I did so because I wanted them. I would have used them long before I received the info that they were bad for my health. And the Dharma (action) of knowing that you are doing something wrong for the body results in Kharma (reaction)... can be the effects on your body with the knowledge that it is your fault since you knew in the first place.

I'm going to eat that chocolate and perhaps share it with my husband, and while we're eating it we will discuss the latest research findings that say it isn't good for us. We will point out that these research publications vacillate between what is good and what is bad for our health and probably agree that we will cut back our consumption in the future--not allowing ourselves to be totally influenced by the latest health craze. All things in moderation--yeah!
